It’s never too late to start a
new path in life…
Hi, I’m Kelley Kramer
MS, LPCC, LPC
I am a mental health and wellness therapist licensed in Ohio (LPCC) and Michigan (LPC) with experience working with adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health concerns.
I collaborate with clients to build a healing, trusting relationship—one in which they feel supported and empowered as they work toward their goals. I’m action-oriented and encourage clients to experiment with new ways of being between sessions. On our journey together, clients develop new coping and communication skills, learn to shift unhelpful thought patterns, improve valued relationships, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-understanding and acceptance.
My clinical work integrates a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, Sachs x Sarno Method, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles, supported by over 90 hours of training and supervision with advanced IFS clinicians. I gently guide my clients in getting to know the different parts of themselves—like the inner critic, people-pleaser, perfectionist, controller, or the part that feels anxious. By helping these parts feel heard and supported, clients reconnect with their calm, wise inner self. From that place, they are no longer hijacked by overwhelming emotions and experience life with more clarity and confidence.
Counseling is a second act for me. All my life, I've been drawn to helping others—whether through volunteer work or being a supportive presence in the lives of friends and family. That drive to uplift and empower people has remained a steady thread throughout my life.
After years in the fast-paced world of high-tech sales, I took a leap of faith and left my corporate career to follow a deeper calling. I earned my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University Maryland and have been honored to support clients on their unique healing paths ever since.
I believe deeply in the human capacity for growth and transformation. Together, we will unlock your potential and pave the way for a life that feels meaningful and celebrated. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions, gain insight, and build the tools you need to be more connected and fulfilled—to live an inspired life.
Counseling Approach
My view of human nature is simplistic. I believe we are designed for, are wounded in, and healed by our relationships. Above all else, the most important relationship is the relationship we have with ourselves.
Encountering a safe person in a safe place leads to healing and growth. I seek to provide such a space. I work with clients to build a collaborative, healing relationship, so you feel supported as you work towards your goals.
